You’re never ‘too fit’ to do Pilates
I recently had the privilege of conducting some Fitness Pilates sessions with the GB U18 Basketball team prior to their participation in the European Championships. So far, they have only lost one game, so I’m delighted they’re doing so well! However fit we may think we are, Core strength is essential and the boys found it a challenge to say the least!! By improving core strength the chances of injury are much less and more sports teams are realising this.
